Ian and Sue have both gone above and beyond. They listened to what I needed and my budget, which they supplied more than what I had hoped for. Not only did they make the sale really easy and comfortable, but they also offered a lot after-purchase support for free! I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, and I know who I’ll be going straight to, when its time to upgrade! Thank you again Ian and sue.

Amazing service from Ian, he kept in touch every step of the way (calls returned swiftly when unable to answer straight away). He made sure I was happy with payment plan and the vehicle. He really went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted. Chasing the finance side when a few problems occured. All my questions were answered. After sale care, with a courtesy call to see thing were running smoothly and some tips on keeping the car in the best condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Octagon to anyone looking for a decent second hand car. I found Ian honest and fair throughout my contact with him.

Sue and Ian are amazing. They sold me a car about a year ago at a fair price with no complaints from me about the car, they even got it mot’d and serviced before the sale. They are now helping me to get a new car as I need a bigger one now and they have kept up the same service by going out there way to make sure I get the car is happy with. What an absolute gem of a find that is Octagon Cars in Bitterne. Sue and Ian could not have done more to make my buying a second hand car easier. So very friendly, welcoming and laid back they are a buyers dream to deal with. I have great delight in highly recommending them to anyone looking to buy another car, including PX, above and beyond, no pressure salesmanship. I would highly recommend buying a car from Octagon. I have just bought a Suzuki Vitara and Ian made sure any issues were sorted before I became the proud new owner. Communication was amazing and I felt confident that I was buying a quality used car.

I bought a lovely Citroen c4 cactus from octagon just over a month ago, have been meaning to do a review but being a mum of 2 time has run away with me! Ian and his wife were really helpful and accommodating from the first phone call of interest to the car to the completion of sale a week later. Bought my car from Ian November 2023, unreal service with a smile, very helpful and knowledgable. Car has had no issues what so ever, very clean inside and out when purchased. After being 2 years with out a car i was really nervous trying to find the right car , Ian didn’t push me into buying a car from him I was able to take my time finally found a great little car perfect for me. After some specified online searches, I came across Octagon. First bonus was that this car dealership is local, and not miles away from civilisation, which is helpful if you need to go back. Warmly invited by Ian and Sue. No pressure to buy, Ian is easy going. A few defects on the car were quickly noted down and rectified upon purchase with no hassle. New MOT given. Brought a relative back to have a 2nd opinion. Took car for test drive etc. All paperwork sorted by Ian, bonus again. Very happy with my car. Called a few weeks later, thinking I had electrical issues, but this was not the case, and one issue came down to low car key battery, which was sorted out for me. Happy with the company, no pressure, reasonably priced. Will recommend and will come back ( but not in the near future hopefully). Agnes. Sholing.

From the start these guys were great, I only had availability to view the car at the weekend, luckily Sue was able to hold it for me so I could view it. There was no pressure to buy, they were not pushy at all and I agreed to purchase. A few weeks later, I noticed a problem with the car, I contacted Sue as soon as I could. There was no squabble over the issue and they asked that I take the car to a local garage at my convenience. Long story short, the issue was identified and fixed by Octagon. I understand that cars go wrong, for me, it matters how the dealer handles the situation. Based on my experience here, I was very impressed. Fixed and back on the road in no time, there was constant communication too. Thank you.
